There is also a "Report a problem" option inside the app. It sends us the description you write along with the song it happened on, which is usually faster than email because we get the render's error context with it.

We aim to reply within two business days.

When you write, the two things that help most are the song title and roughly when it happened.

Common questions

How long does a song take?

Usually about three minutes from pressing Generate. Vocals and video add time. A song sitting in the queue is normal when several people are generating at once.

My render failed. Did I lose a credit?

You should not have. If your balance looks wrong, email us and we will restore it.

Where are my songs?

The Vault tab. Finished songs are kept indefinitely.

Can I use my songs commercially?

Yes — releases, sync, sales. See section 4 of the Terms for the limits that come from the underlying AI providers.

Who can hear my songs?

A finished song with vocals appears on the Floor, the in-app community radio, and gets a share link that works without signing in. Your email is never shown — only your display name and artist name. Deleting a song removes it from both.

How do I delete a song?

The "…" menu on any track in the Vault.

How do I delete my account?

Email us and we will remove your account, your songs and your stored files.

What do I get per credit?

One credit produces the full set of files for one song: audio, MIDI, cover art, and vocals or video where your tier includes them.

Do credits expire?

No.

Can I get a refund?

Unused credit purchases, within 14 days — just ask. If something went wrong on our side, ask regardless of the date.

The free tier says I have run out but I have not generated five songs

The free limit counts per browser and per network connection, not only per account, which stops one person opening unlimited accounts. On a shared or public network you can hit it early. Email us and we will sort it out.

Can I install it as an app?

Yes. On Chrome or Edge, use the Install button in the header. On iPhone or iPad, open the site in Safari and choose Share → Add to Home Screen. There is no App Store or Play Store listing yet.

Can I publish to SoundCloud?

Diamond tier can connect a SoundCloud account and publish a track directly. It is opt-in and per-track.

Something is broken and it is not listed here

Email us with the song title and what you expected to happen. Bug reports with a song title attached are the ones that get fixed fastest.
